What Does Mentoring Looks Like?
Mentoring with us is flexible, meaningful, and deeply rewarding. You’ll:

| Meet with a group of students in person after school gets dismissed. | Share your journey in STEMM—challenges, lessons, and wins | Help your mentees design their STEMM Ambassador Projects | Encourage curiosity, confidence, and creativity. |
Who Are We Looking For?
Mentors that:
- Are in a STEMM career or completing a STEMM degree (junior/senior undergrads welcome!).
- Are passionate about helping students grow.
- Committed to celebrating and elevating the role of women in STEMM.
- Can commit to a minimum 8 events throughout the 7-month long program or approximately 4-5 hours/month (you choose your the events you can attend depending on your availability).
What support will you receive?
- Mentor training (includes cultural sensitivity, growth mindset, and safety guidelines).
- Office hours with our Seeds of Success team—drop in anytime for help or ideas.
- Digital mentor badge to share on LinkedIn or your CV.
- The joy of inspiring young minds and giving back to your community.
